Shipping and returns

We ship to North America and Europe. For an additional fee, we offer next day delivery to some locations. We also offer shipping service to Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Standard shipping takes about 5-7 business days during normal season. In December and June, shipping times may be longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders over $100.

We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If the item is not delivered on time, please let us know and we will locate it. In the event that the order cannot be redirected within 24 hours, we will refund the shipping costs.

Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been worn or washed. Of course, in the event that an item arrives damaged you must let us know immediately and we will refund the full cost of the item.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, place the label in the original packaging and send it to us.

Gifts must be accompanied by a receipt in order to be returned. In that case they will be treated as a normal return, and you will receive a gift card with a value corresponding to their current selling price. Gifts can be returned within 28 days of the date they were purchased.
